AMEVA ORDERING GUIDE
What to Send for an Embroidery Quote
A complete first message helps your sales agent quote the right job and reduces back-and-forth. Use this checklist whether you need one personalised gift or matching embroidery for a team.
Discuss your orderThe item and its quantity
Tell us exactly what you want embroidered: for example, six supplied polo shirts or one towel. Send a photograph or product link, including fabric details if available. If the items differ in colour, style or material, make that clear. Ameva checks suitability before accepting the work.
The design and exact wording
Attach your logo or reference image and type any names, dates or other wording exactly as they should appear. Use the clearest original file you have. If you already have an embroidery stitch file, mention that and send it for review. An image is a design reference; the team still needs to prepare or check how it will stitch.
Placement and approximate size
Say where the design belongs, such as the left chest, towel corner or napkin edge. A marked-up item photo can help. Give an approximate width or explain the look you want so the team can discuss a practical size. Do not assume a detailed logo will remain legible at every size.
Thread colours and variations
List your preferred colours or selected Ameva thread codes. Specify which parts of the design use each colour if this matters. For a set, explain whether the wording, design and colours are identical or change between pieces. Those differences matter for the applicable price.
Your deadline and delivery town
Provide the date you need the finished items, your town and whether you have already bought the blanks. Production is typically 3–4 days from receipt of your items, including weekends, with delivery time separate. Confirm the schedule and mailing arrangements with your agent; Ameva does not offer customer visits or collections.
What your quote should clarify
Check that the official quote covers the correct items, quantities, wording and design. Ameva's published prices are embroidery-only, with customer-supplied blanks and delivery separate. Full payment is required before work starts. Ask your agent about any unclear line before paying or dispatching a parcel.
