AMEVA ORDERING GUIDE

Choosing Thread Colours for Your Embroidery

A thread code is more precise than asking for “green” or “pink”. Use Ameva’s colour selector to shortlist available Isacord colours, then send the codes with your item and design details.

Discuss your order

Start with the item colour

Tell us the colour of the towel, napkin, cap or garment you will supply. Include a photo or product link so we can discuss how your preferred thread will look against it. Decide whether you want a subtle matching look or a clearly contrasting name or logo. Ask for help if you are unsure.

Search by code or colour name

Open the colour selector and search for your preferred code or name. Use the codes shown in the available inventory rather than assuming every colour in a separate manufacturer chart is stocked. If a code is missing, ask us to check it before buying the blank item or approving the design.

Keep codes attached to the correct detail

Send the code alongside the part of the design it belongs to: name, border, flower, logo or other detail. For multiple items, say whether every item uses the same colours. If names or colours differ between pieces, list those differences separately so the quote and design can be checked accurately.

Use the selector to start the conversation

The colour page lets you select colours and prepare a WhatsApp enquiry. Review the message before sending it, and add your order reference if you already have one. Selecting colours is not a stock reservation, design approval or completed order. The team confirms availability and your final selection.

Approve the whole design, not only a swatch

Check the colours together with wording, size and placement in your design proof. Colours displayed on a screen are approximate; do not treat a preview as a guaranteed physical match. One initial design and two revision rounds are included. Confirm any essential colour requirement with us before approving the design.
